Welcome to Holgate Meadows School and Heritage Park School.
We are special schools for pupils aged 6 to 16 years with social, emotional and mental health needs. All of our pupils have Education, Health and Care Plans.
The two schools follow their own operational procedures but share the same core values and strategic vision.

HERITAGE PARK pupils - 'Catch-up' immunisations - 20.06.23, for pupils that have missed vaccinations. Letters will be sent out to relevant pupils, but if unsure whether your child has missed a vaccination please contact school.
