Welcome to the website for Heritage Park School and Holgate Meadows School.

The two schools work in partnership to provide the best possible care and education for children with social, emotional and mental health needs.

Our work is underpinned by relational practice and when you visit our schools you will see a warm environment, genuine care for the children and strong connections between the adults and children. Our priority is to create a safe, nurturing space to enable both academic learning and social and emotional development to take place in order to prepare our pupils for further education, training or employment. We hope to provide them with the skills they need to be active and responsible citizens.
