Places for pupils at our schools are dependent on having an EHCP.
Holgate Meadows and Heritage Park Schools are SEMH specialist settings in Sheffield. We are typically commissioned by the Sheffield Local Authority for 100 places at each school. We are currently unable to accept any placements from children residing in other Local Authorities. We accept children who have an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP), which identifies social, emotional and mental health difficulties as their primary need. Assessment places are not offered at either school.
We work closely with Sheffield Local Authority and our children's previous schools to establish the offer of a place and the range of support appropriate to the child's needs.
